Verification process is a hassle so didnt get to use it at all. Their microphones did not work when there was an option to speak with someone as well. The person i was speaking with was good though. my account better be closed as well. All in all going to other options I've been hearing about in the comments. Hope this helps!

It worked fine. Now there is a 'technical error' when trying to access certain functions of the app where it freezes. The customer service directed the issue to 'specialists' and since then silence. I have substancial losses due to that. I documented everything yet do not seem to get any reaction after several contact tries. I am short from pressing charges... Make of that what you want, I am not sure if that is intentional. Result is the same. I hope this is an error and will get solved...

I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks to just login. I recovered my account I created long time ago and log in, byť can't use app. It just says "Bear with us...". I even got the email that I can use the all since .all the checking is done, but app is still unavailable . No way to contact support inside the app, just read FAQ which doesn't have info about cases like this. I even created the new account, and now I stuck in the very same waiting screen. Can't recommend it to anyone.
