Great app. I love the desktop version also. I would really like if they would add the 'cash flow' feature to the app so it can be perfect on all grounds. I've read a few pages online where others are begging for this feature as well
Having the desktop version on my PC, I downloaded this app to also work on my files on my mobile. But it refuses to open the encrypted .emb file, saying this extension is not recognised. Am I supposed to compromise on security by not using the encryption facility the desktop programme offers, if I want to use the app? 😠 Uninstalling.
"Select a file from Dropbox." So I do that, and it says: "Select a file from Dropbox." I only have one Money Manager file in Dropbox... Gets better. Now, if I don't use the folder they dictate for the file, I can't open it. Reuninstall. After all, the most important thing about this app is that it manages money, not that it's an app. Hence it belongs in my money folder. Besides, why create this artificial and unnecessary restriction? 18 months later (I have avoided using it) this app is now totally unusable.
It's a great app, but I am unable to sync to Google Drive. It always fails with a message, "Something went wrong"
New update has broken Google drive link. Tried uploading database, downloading fresh copy etc. Error: Null. Whatever that means.
I've used this app for over a year and love it, except one thing. Every time I do a backup I lose data. It's happened twice before, and luckily it was only about a week's worth of data so I could reenter it. This last time it reset me back to August of 2016 - 9 months of data is gone! I know I have backed it up in the last 9 months, so I don't know what would have made all that data disappear. I can't recover it from anywhere. The file that the app tells me it backs up to doesn't exist. I've stopped using this app and have found another one that won't have this issue.
