mi hanno rubato 30 euro bloccandomi l'account senza darmi la possibilità di sbloccarlo, mi è stato detto di accedere al sito web per riavere i soldi ma non hanno contato che avendo l'account bloccato non posso accedere neanche al sito web, non scaricate mai quest'app

Fino a qualche tempo fa era uno dei migliori conti che circolavano,nonostante le commissioni elevate, adesso schifo totale, non scaricate assolutamente, possono bloccarvi il conto senza preavviso e prendervi i soldi (come scritto nei loro termini e le condizioni che siete obbligati ad accettare) non c'è la possibilità di riprendersi il denaro che a detta loro viene sempre detratto per "sanzioni amministrative". Se provate a chiedere chiarimenti vi chiudono in faccia il telefono. Pessimi.
