It's a Nightmare to complete the e-mandate and Beneficiary details, How many times ever you complete it, it still says verify! No Agent to talk or understand the issue, Even the what's app BOT is so lazy to respond. Human interaction via email is possible, but you will never get the right solution. Maybe this might be a useful app later but the onboarding process is tiresome!!

This application has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've encountered. Initially, I was allowed to utilize their credit line, but after making timely repayments, I found myself unable to withdraw funds again. Occasionally, I receive an email claiming that my credit line has been restored, yet upon checking the app, I discover that my credit limit remains inaccessible. The most aggravating aspect is the daily barrage of emails and WhatsApp messages.

I was alloted a credit limit of 3000 have paid all my dues on time recently I made the payment but this time it shows my credit limit has been freezed inspite of paying all dues still not able to access the limit again. Secondly there is no proper customer support if you miss a payment just for 1 day you will receive multiple messages from different person asking to pay the amount and get higher limit which is again nothing but fake. Would suggest you not to trust this fake app. Way PATHETIC
