Pretty awful experience compared to Barclays. Slow and crashes. Limited scroll back. Very few features. Development seems slow. Reply: People having been giving feedback in the app for months and nothing has been done. Its simple - you invest in the app and make it do as much as possible so you can become more efficient and close unnecessary branches. Otherwise challenger banks will be the end of you.
The avaliable fund view needs to be bigger that's the one beneath the bigger balance that we man see for use 40+ natural eye site decline. Really please fix . Update still haven't enlarged the avaliable balance it needs to be as big as the credit sum.
I am so sorry what the bank did is because I sent money to someone more than 3 times they put the name and accounts on a regular part of the APP. I have had no trouble the people working for Co-op bank are so friendly. I would recommend Bank and APP to anyone. So safe to.
Awful setup process setting up date of birth had to scroll back 45 years couldn't see a way to just type in the date and after that session times out had to start again gave up
Why can you only look back through three weeks of transactions without the option to look at statements? Why when you click on a transaction does it not bring up more information about the transaction and why doesn't the app show pending transactions? Why on god's earth can you not scroll back more than a couple of weeks of transactions?
There's no facility in this app to do very much, for example you can't delete a standing order. Compared to other banking apps it's rubbish
