A Poor Bank It is disgusting the way they treat long standing customers they have even made things up to blame others. Thankfully is easy to switch banks. Pity you can't give them 0 stars
Keyboard problems? As others have pointed out the keyboard doesn't work in some scenarios, in my case it was caused by Twilight running which has a higher zindex than the smile keyboard. Try disabling anything similar that displays overlays if you have problems.
I can't even register I have now tried three times to register. The second and third times I verified each keystroke carefully. It just tells me that there is a problem. No hint as to why. Is it the details I entered? Is it the device I am using? Is it a communications problem? I have had the app working in the past but, really, it is not a huge amount of use so I don't use it often enough to remember the code I entered. It won't allow you to just reset the code, it forces you to go through the full registration process again.
Keypad stopped working Was okay until today. Keypad stopped working and when trying to enter passcode, it registered touchscreen command beneath numerical keypad and deregistered me. As keypad doesn't work, can not reregister. Very strange. Not very good :-(
Not very good. Limited in what it allows you to do. Crashes every time I try to delete weekly balance alerts. I now have 38 messages waiting to be deleted Doesn't give me much confidence in their banking system. Updated 12/07/2015; Crashes every time I try to delete messages. Does anyone ever read this feedback and act on it? Has been like this from the launch of this mobile app. Useless. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling as suggested by Smile but no success in removing messages, now 43 messages awaiting deletion.
Very limited function ... Compared to others this is very basic. Not even a secure message capability. Currently crashes trying to delete alerts from the in box, will not rotate to landscape...
