Terrible. Can only see about 2 weeks' worth of transactions. No access to statements. Can't see my Smile credit card at all. Has something called "in box" for secure messages, which is unrelated to the secure messages on the web site. Oh, but you can apply for new services, like loans, because that's totally something you'd want to do regularly from the app. Total rewrite required.
Easy app to use. I have no problems with moving money between smile accounts or to other banks and paying bills. In relation to registration, certainly no problems with using the calender to insert date of birth, you don't have to scroll back years like some have said just click top of calendar for drop down and scroll to year. If you have problems just call customer services, they are brilliant!. Well done Smile.
Loved this App until it updated yesterday, now it doesn't open. Just gets stuck on loading screen. Useless. :(
Warning - upgrade your android to latest fixes. Otherwise this app fails to load. What's worrying is that the coop app fails as well until I upgraded but they seem to not understand the problem - sigh.
Why has it stopped working
App won't allow me to transfer to a known account or set up a new transfer unless I change my phone language from Spanish to English. This diminishes the convenience of the app. Surely I'm not the only customer who uses a language other than English? When I input the amount in a repeat transfer, somewhere between the phone and the app the decimal point gets turned into a comma, it seems, and then it logs me out.
