App won't allow me to transfer to a known account or set up a new transfer unless I change my phone language from Spanish to English. This diminishes the convenience of the app. Surely I'm not the only customer who uses a language other than English? When I input the amount in a repeat transfer, somewhere between the phone and the app the decimal point gets turned into a comma, it seems, and then it logs me out.
Utter rubbish One of my memorable names includes a full stop. There is no option to enter a full stop on my Samsung S7 Edge when trying to register for this app. Just plain sloppy and clearly not thought through by smile's I.T. department.
Rubbish. Couldn't get past the 1st registration screen because it insists on an 11 digit mobile number but I'm currently living abroad so need more digits to put the international country code. I'm a software engineer myself and whoever designed this should never have got the job in the first place. This is a basic design flaw that shouldn't have got past the first stage of testing..
Date of birth shows calendar with today's date. No-one is going to scroll back hundreds of times. Stop ignoring this by saying the control is provided by phone and fix the bug. No other apps have his issue. Blaming user's for your rubbish ui is an excuse.
I didn't even get past the registration stage. There must be an easier way to enter your date of birth on a Sony Experia X! Scrolling through an eternity of months on a calendar is very time comsuming and frustrating if it rejects your security details and you're forced to go through the whole process again. It's quicker and easier to log into my account using a web browser. I'm not going to be using it in a hurry!
Vastly improved. Useful app. Sadly the map function doesn't display either bank branches or cash machines. An easy way of providing app. feedback would be useful. I'm not prepared to phone up to give the benefits of my observations!
