App won't allow me to transfer to a known account or set up a new transfer unless I change my phone language from Spanish to English. This diminishes the convenience of the app. Surely I'm not the only customer who uses a language other than English? When I input the amount in a repeat transfer, somewhere between the phone and the app the decimal point gets turned into a comma, it seems, and then it logs me out.
Registration was fine, account access easy, used it to make a payment very easily. Two frustrations - no place to add the reference requested by the payee, and if I swapped to mail app to check details I was logged out and had to start over - so had to write out details on paper! I can understand security reasons for auto logout but this must be a common need, so maybe if app enabled split screen with another app that would help?
Rubbish. Couldn't get past the 1st registration screen because it insists on an 11 digit mobile number but I'm currently living abroad so need more digits to put the international country code. I'm a software engineer myself and whoever designed this should never have got the job in the first place. This is a basic design flaw that shouldn't have got past the first stage of testing..
Utter rubbish One of my memorable names includes a full stop. There is no option to enter a full stop on my Samsung S7 Edge when trying to register for this app. Just plain sloppy and clearly not thought through by smile's I.T. department.
Date of birth shows calendar with today's date. No-one is going to scroll back hundreds of times. Stop ignoring this by saying the control is provided by phone and fix the bug. No other apps have his issue. Blaming user's for your rubbish ui is an excuse.
Utter rubbish. You you have to go back one month at a time for your D.O.B. If you get one thing wrong it resets everything. Combine that with the no telephone support soon well I might as well shut my account. Edit: I have no problem with it resetting due to privacy I object to having to go back over 40 years a month at a time. Maybe you should look for a new developer that thinks in a more user friendly manner.
