Exiting Account | Crashing Even with a secure and stable network, this application requests password repeatedly, interrupting user making transactions. I use this application overseas and until recently has been very useful in making transfers smoothly and efficiently without the need for a PC. It is already very difficult to set up from overseas without using another person in the UK to forward a message from Smile. Uninstalling and reinstalling or installing on another device is not an option. Please rollback to previous version...
Disastrous roll out Embarrassing sequence of failures including hanging, asking for a pass code with no clue as to how to create one and not sending text to register culminating in an unusable app. Shame on your IT department. I expect better from a bank.
Now working again This app has been excellent since I first installed it. It crashed today for the first time but is now up and running again. The new features are helpful, particularly the one which allows a one-off payment.
App does not Start Used to use app a lot. With the latest update on my LG G3 does not even grt to log in screen before it freezes. So for useless because it does not work on my phone
System failure again and again Barclays take 30 seconds to check balance. Smile doesn't even open a lot of the time and very slow. Loose the adverts on top of log in as I keep catching them.
Unable to opt out of sending anonymous data The only app I've had that won't let me opt out of sending anonymous data. This can't be right. I will be looking into complaining about it. Despite the reply you are still collecting anonymous data. It often crashes or won't even open. What was a great app is now not very good at all.
