This app is terrible. Using it in 2017 feels like I entered a time machine to 2008 when modern smartphones were just picking up steam. Mobile deposits often take multiple tries and I have to retake images often because of errors and the app's camera interface is a disaster. This is enough of a nuisance for me to look for a new bank. Honestly.
Very simple mobile banking app. I feel the app is due for a major update since the app seems outdated compared to other banking apps. Kinda sucks does not have fingerprint functionality. Really guys, no Samsung or Android Pay support as of yet. Smaller banks and credit unions have this support already.
Used Webster app frequently on my Moto X. Upgraded to a google Pixel phone. The deposit function - one of my primary uses - does not take a usable photo of checks. Image is distorted much like using a wide angle lens. So the app is no longer useful for me.
Doesn't work. Ever. I tried to get this working for remote deposit. The App requires a one time log on to the main website to register the phone. I've done that maybe 20 times and called Webster's phone assistance. App simply doesn't work. So? Too bad, so sad.
So now when I go to pay bills I see the list of payees.....they all have the same name! You can't see the account numbers. So if you have say three Chase cards the all say "Chase card" and no account number is shown. Also it no longer connects to my wifi have to use mobile data to use app. Terrible
Meh Typical corporate crap-app designed by an incompetent but overpaid drone. It works but the UI is full of ugly oddball elements; you can't close it without killing it; access PIN only works for a while, like few hours (stupid pointless feature); constant BS adverts. Better than nothing but not very good.
