The service is just pathetic. After making an online payment for a sample to my residence, they never delivered the meal, the helpline is useless, no body answers. After we contacted the concerned authority, they agreed to send it on a later date "twice" but the meal was never delivered at all. And they have not even bothered to call back or refund the money. Not reliable at all. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Ordered sample today. But they delivered only breakfast and not lunch and snacks. Also they put a wrong name tag.
