Monta says charging is ongoing although I removed the cable and drove the car away. Monta does not register the charge so no electricity tax refund. The suppport function is absolutely useless. A lot of time wasted on this appaling Monta app. Besides ita pointless to pay for a subscription and still not get the tax refund. Going to cancel and avoid using Monta. Had to install Monta to use workplace chargers. Around 2mths in & numerous issues already with Monta blaming everyone else. I've had a mid charge hold (eventually released after almost 2 weeks) despite not using the initial hold amount. They attempted to charge a previously fully paid charge 3 days later thankfully no funds on card) and it always tries to charge my card despite opting to pay by wallet which I ensure has enough funds. My car is 82.5kwh batt yet Monta charged me for over 85kwh

Bad! if you see a monta charger I wouldn't bother! can never get it to work and the app is absolutely useless. no help section or any kind of guide. Support wait time is always at least 10-15 minutes. In that time you can find another charger and use it and be charging. why anyone bothers getting chargers from this company is beyond me! totally hopeless. would rate 0 stars if I could.
