I have two issues with this software. 1. It keeps nagging me for my supplier MPAN but despite my best efforts the app won't accept it.The link back to the app is broken. 2. It isn't possible to set up a timed charge, leave the car plugged in and have the charger top up the car night after night to combat "vampire drain".It will charge one time and then stop. I have to unplug and replug to get it to run another timed session. The user interface is not the best, a bit clunky & confusing.

very easy to use. gives a lot more features than other charging app. mine is set to plug and charge, no issues at all, chargers every time. can the developers add a feature where each charger has its own set price per kWh, as my price per kWh changes daily, and the money set value per kWh on the app is for all charges. so it is very hard to keep track of total value. apart from that great app.

In short, every few weeks it disconnects from my BG charger. Then to reconnect, the only way seems to be to switch the power to the charger off and on at the main fuse board. Well another month later and still to the same app disconnected issues despite the router being within a couple of feet and its a good router. Frankly this Monta app reflects very badly on the BG charger.
