Edit: this app is dead to me. my last review was 2 stars with a mention how I was having an issue signing in and I was frustrated because when it did work it was great but now the app has still kept me out as well as saying my account was suspended, I dont know why. I even tried sending an email last time and again today because it is not fair that I can not get into my account that had money on it. the least they could do is refund me.

Same "unexpected error" messages as other users. I had a dollar credit from a malfunctioning Primo Water machine and kept getting the error when trying to use the app on two separate machines. Uninstalled/reinstalled and lost my credit. Couldn't even report the issue. This app is broken. UPDATE 1/22/25 after several support cases I finally found a water vending machine that was connected and was able to use my credit, so adding a star to my review.

I realize sometimes technology doesn't work as it's meant to so I accept that. The plus side is you don't have to pay an extra 10ç when using the wallet. Certain machines will still charge and not dispense water so I'm guessing that is not the apps fault. I do get the money back eventually. If a machine isn't working call and let them know and go to another machine. So far that's been the best solution. I will keep the app. Thank you.
