Been using various incarnations of the app at work for a couple years. It's incredibly unreliable as far as connecton goes. Once you're in, it's fine, but more than half the time to get logged in I have to do various combinations of forgetting and reconnecting to wireless network, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and resetting my phone. It's incredibly annoying.

Least functional app ever. Support is basically non-existent and just assumes everyone is connected to the wrong network. Almost never connects to the player. If you need this in a business setting it's an absolute no.

New App will not connect. However there is a workaround. Open a browser and type in profusion-######.local. The number is the device ID and you need to be connected to the same network. The device ID is visible in the app when you try to connect or for further instructions search how to login to the online control panel on the mood media website.
