You do not even need to write anything down to get a meaningful insight or to keep a diary.

This is how easy Moodflow works:
Fill out a quick survey every day and gain insight into the WHAT and HOW it influences you over time.

1. Pick a rating for the day from 1 to 5.
2. Pick the emotions you experienced.
3. (optional) Write a note about everything important from the day.
4. (optional) Pick the activities you did during the day.
5. DONE! 😁

As time goes by, these short entries will gather insightful data about yourself that you will be able to analyze in many ways. On the one hand, a Calendar will be filled with colors that reflect your emotional well-being. This will allow you to get an eagle-eye perspective on your life that you never had before. On the other hand, Moodflow comes with data-analyzing tools, that will help you find relationships between a plethora of different factors and your mood. This app is absolutely amazing and I only just tried it out. As someone who does battle with severe anxiety and other mood problems, it's already been great for putting my mood into words and helping me understand how certain things may correlate with how I feel. It makes me want to buy the Plus version just to support the devs for making a great and easy to use app, as it's rare to find something that's intuitive and not greedy. Love it so much, five stars, all the way.

**update 7/23/23** I got a new phone and it will not let me sign in. The screen just sits, loading forever and never logging in. Tried resetting my password and it still won't work. My absolute favorite app!!! It's basically an electronic bullet journal. You can create new habits and routines. The emotions are categorized so you can track your mood and triggers. There's a gratitude journal and tons of other things.

I hate tracking my mental health but I need to track it multiple times a day now. This app makes it quick, easy, and manageable. It tracks sleep, mood, exercise, symptoms, social activities, meds, etc. It also has a journal. Everything is customizable. Some charts are free. No ads unless you opt to see one to support them. You don't need an account to use it but you can create one to back up data. It's completely free unless you want additional charts or extra features. Membership is ~$3/month
