This app is perfect for the busy person that wants to journal at their own pace. I've tried a lot of different ways to journal. After using this app for a few months I can say that this has been my favorite way to journal. No pressure on you to complete challenges, just be raw and be you and state what you need to. Hope it helps you be a better you!

Extremely helpful app. Has everything and then some to help you overcome negative and unhelpful thinking, anxiety, stress. I've looked at many apps along this line and tried them and none of them have everything like this one. It is easy to use and is in line with what my therapist has me working on, I showed it to her and she was very impressed as well and will be recommending it to her other patients.

Informative, useful, and easy to use for someone like me with depression and ADHD. There are no ads, but its only a 7 day free trial then $59.99 per year. The guided journals are the most helpful part. I really appreciate the way they take each question step by step through analyzing my thoughts and each question brings me closer to a positive mindset. I highly recommend this app in conjunction with therapy for working on any mental health issues.
