Moonpay took a full three days to decide that according to them the name on my bank account didn't match to the name on my Moonpay account, so they couldn't complete a direct transfer within their app. Now they say it will take a further two to return to my account, and it sounds as though there may be a block on my card after. Do yourselves a favour avoid at all cost. Much better to pay another 1% in fees using other platforms like Changelly.

Easy to use when it works. Very buggy though especially with every update. This time it won't allow me to send BTC from my wallet. Fees are also not shown prominently. Edit: Having contacted them about this issue I was sent the standard how to send BTC instructions. Seems they didn't even read my message. I have emailed back but still nothing, not even an acknowledgement that they are looking at the problem. Very disappointing Edit 2: uninstall and reinstall the app. They have updated 2FA.

This is by far the most ridiculously difficult frustrating app I've ever encountered. useless. it didn't start out that way, worked at first, But then they wanted extreme verification. I went through it though, and made the mistake of using my bank card. I was between updating the card. The new card and the old card have the same number. There's just no way to update the expiration date and 3 digits. they declined my legit card, and won't let use it again. can't link to paypal. sucks.
