Ratings and reviews

The app was introduced to me through my compound with an invitation code. And I've tried many times to register but keep getting an error and unable to do anything. Tried to reach out to support with no response. Sent to my community management team and no response either. I don't understand if they can't test and validate an app, why do they communicate it in the first place.. absolute waste of time and totally unprofessional

The app is almost perfect, and they add new stores all the time. The only improvement I'm looking for is to be able to search for an item in a shop, and to sort the items alphabetically or by price. This will make it a lot easier to look for specific items when I need to. Update: Aug 2020: The app keeps getting better, they added the "search" feature and more stores. Waiting for more.

Text appears truncated in complaints section , text should fully appear ... also my photo does not appear in identity badge section although it appears in other places in app Arabic language is not fully supported ... text is misplaced if you add symbols like ! Within arabic text ... also it should be aligned right (rtl language)
