still love the game, still playable, but the other reviews are correct that it's incredibly slow. Every time I update, I have to redownload every single asset, anything that can be navigated to will need to download, and the download itself is painfully slow. And it's not just "while the game updates." No, I have to do this every time the game updates, even after it's finished downloading everything, even days later. Never experienced something so frustrating

at first it was a little difficult when everything started transferring over, but now it runs smoothly or much more smoothly. still has some loading issues but it's coming around. that's only to be expected... don't listen to the other comments. the complaints they have are to be expected when a game is transferred to a new company.

Hope the new devs can keep up with the original server as I've seen many games go down in quality with company transfers. I would like to be able to continue contributing to the occassional new hero and event surveys as well. F2P players may find it's slower to level up the heroes but there are also ways for F2P players to get diamonds to help out so it balances out. I've been playing for a few years and made some good progress and would hate to leave due to quality & gameplay update issues.
