Since upgrading the app on 30 Nov it no longer works. Couldn't connect to anything - no products, no delivery slots. Uninstalled and reinstalled, now can't log in. Useless!
As a first time shopper, I ordered online and from everything running smoothly from ordering to paying, to email confirmation, to step by step notifications of my delivery and my delivery, I couldn't be more happier. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience with Morrisons. Even the delivery gentleman was so very lovely. I'm now a committed customer. Can't recommend highly enough.
Update the postcode delivery area, if I want to get a delivery I have to come out of the app and go online. Reason being on the app it says does not deliver in my postcode area yet online it does. The app itself is top banana but things like the postcode issue, and another issue is you should let you link the app to a store of your choice then you can check the store before one pops out for a quick shop.
Try updating your app so it actually works says you do not deliver to DH1 when you DO! REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE if you prevent customers using your app. Not everyone wants to use websites on phones. You're losing customers
