I know the products are good and all, tho one thing I don't like is, I ordered 2 products and they only sent 1 and somehow the order details have changed. From their side they say, we can't change your order. I really didn't like what they did. The whole situation was I was getting 2 shampoos for ₹273 including ₹50 delivery charges, and they sent 1 with ₹100 delivery charges, for the same price.

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I ordered Minoxidil through the Man Matters app, but my order was never delivered. After contacting customer support, they cancelled the order and assured me that my refund would be processed within 5 days. However, it has been more than 5 days, and I still have not received my refund. The support team has not resolved the issue. I hope they improve their customer service and process refunds on time.

Hi guys, one more issue to highlight. Man Matters has not transferred my remaining wallet balance back to my account after my purchase. I requested a refund, and initially they promised 5 working days, later they said 24 hours, but nothing happened. After another follow-up, they claimed the amount was delivered, but I received no message and the money is still not credited to my account. Very disappointing experience with false commitments and poor support. I expect a proper resolution.
