Should've been an OTA update! Not everyone with a RAZR that has these issues will know about this app, or even think about looking to the playstore for a fix. This should've been sent out as an OTA update so everyone would've gotten it. This is no way to help Motorola. It's terrible customer service. I know your fixing the issue but, you did it all wrong! P.S. You've already lied to us about unlocking our boot loaders, and getting I.C.S. just to sucker us into buying another Moto device. It won't happen again. I can promise you that!
Useless app No need for this app. Just uninstall the last update from the smart actions app & razor maxx works perfectly with no more connection issues. Verizon will never tell u the info bc no data no prob for them. Sucked 4 me since I have unlimited data. Hope this helps. Happy surfing.
Razr Maxx Couldn' keep a connection. At store 3x's no help. New sim and fingers crossed to no avail. Went back again today. And happened to get a guy who saw this update in an email. Thank goodness!!! Working so far. Ridiculous the frustration I had to go through to get what I am paying for. Should be reimbursed for all the down data time in all fairness.
Worked Jesse I was having 4G problems.. all of a sudden just. Went out. I got new sim card replaced. And still no 4g. I used this app and fixed my problem ... worked great got 4G back oh ya!
Doesn't work It initially worked but my RAZR is loosing data all the time now. Please get ICS update out and put a fix in there for data connectivity. I'm never buying a moto device again.
No help Continuous problem on my DROID Rzz. Hasn't helped Motorola really dropped the ball with last upgrade. Pay for service you can't get being dropped constantly, can't enjoy your phone but still have to pay for bad service. Verizon has tried to help but it's Motorola operating system. They need smarter people.
