Been using this app for a few years, would give 5 stars but I have missed joining many live classes because the app "isn't responding" so I have to close out, watch an ad and try again. After 10 minutes of trying to get into a class, I usually give up in frustration. Love the app otherwise, mostly for on demand rides.

Very unresponsive app. Very slow to respond. Also watch the video for a free on demand video after 7 minutes it went to another video or ad and the hole on demand video had started over. So I uninstalled it will be installing the competitors app that's 100 free as well. I was starting to like it but it's too slow to respond and it's got nothing to do with my mobile data I have unlimited very fast don't have this problem with any other apps just this one.

Took a decent spin workout tracking app and replaced it with a loaded version for $150 a year. It has options and classes I'll never use. ( I belong to a gym spin group that this app was originally marketed to). I would gladly have paid a developer fee but not an option. I know you have expenses. Free version requires watching long ad at the beginning & a few that interrupt & lock up during a workout. Really loved it before. Impossible now Now am deleting as are most of those users I know.
