So the whole idea is 5 stars. The app sucks. On playstore it shows my phone as compatible, and I can start the rental just fine (well very long loading times and usually a message that the app isn't responding but I just"wait" and it normally loads). The problem is when I end the rental, it asks for a picture, and when I take the picture the entire app just restarts. This is the third time I'm unable to end a ride. There should be no times that I'm unable to end a ride.

First time using the app and it worked perfectly! The app guides you step by step and even has images which really helped me as a first time user. I also like it requires you to read the tutorial before you can rent the bike. It also shows you how to lock and unlock your bike and scan it as well as telling you when to turn on your Bluetooth. It takes a few seconds to connect and scan so be patient. I plan to continue using the app throughout the year. Great concept and helps me to stay active!

I had fun riding a bike for the first time in many years. This was my first time installing and using the app went pretty smoothly. No major issues and creating the acct was easy. I rode around Huntsvilles downtown area for a bit. I was very mindful of the time and returned the bike on time. However it took me about a minute to figure out how to return vs lock the bike & I went 34s over time and was charged another $2.00 (it's $2.00 for 30minutes. I was charged $4.00 for 30min34sec.)
