Review from David Meier
Handy, but basic upgrades needed Nice app in terms of functionally with easy to use search features and filters. However, the app has you create an account yet when you change devices (PC to tablet), you lose your notes. Notes seemed to be stored locally on each device. Pretty frustrating.
Took off a star for apparent lack of settings/sidebar options. Otherwise, darn good app, very helpful. I use this and two others to thoroughly scan for information.update 11 July 2017: o.k., I goofed, & missed the app 'settings' on the pull-down menu. So I gave them 5 stars, AND now I can also add that they do review their ratings and reply promptly to help! Thanx!
The app is unusable. The app will give a notification so I click it to browse the home. Then when I click the top left arrow to go back, the app closes. When I click the back button on my phone, bottom left the app closes. Useless app if only way to browse a home is when you get notified. I'd like to I'd this like Zillow & Trulia. This is terrible. I would also like a way to search by tax information withing the search criteria for homes.
I have loved this app, but now I cannot get into my favorites. When I click on my saved homes, it will sit there and clock. Then when it is done clocking it has favorite listing in the search bar but the list that shows or the mapped homes are populated with my previous search. This happens only in the app, I can get into them through if I use a browser. I made sure I was logged in.
The mobile app doesn't seem to update like the web site does. My husband always gets new houses and on my app they aren't there. I wish all of the properties would tell you how many square feet the house is and how big the property is! Other than that awesome!
Does what it is intended. Would like if I could access my saved searches on a computer as well as the app. Added: currently, any searches saved via mobile device is not accessible on the computer. Where it should read search, it reads " mobile"
My filter is set to hide pending listings, but they're still in both the map and list results. Seems like this would be an easy thing to fix, but there hasn't been an update for quite a while. Can't pending listings at least be a different color dot on the map, like a color of missed opportunity, or time wasted by lessons that should have been filtered? Also, with the latest update, some pictures aren't visible until the view is changed to full screen. The number of pictures is off too. A listing might say there are 3 pictures, but there is really only 1.
