I've been using Move It for over a year, and from my experience, many of their drivers seem to have attitude problems. While I also use other ride-hailing apps, my unpleasant experiences with drivers consistently come from Move It. I hope the company takes the time to improve or train their drivers on basic human decency and customer service. It would make a big difference in the overall experience.

why are there ads right after booking a ride? it's such a hassle to click no on the ride cover whatever, and also skip the ad that comes right after. and the ad plays every single time you book, there is no cooldown. it's especially frustrating when you've been rebooking for hours but you have to keep seeing the same ad for grab and refusing the ride cover. drivers are also very picky with bookings. they probably aren't being paid well if they have to be selective with what they accept.

Takes so long to book in the morning. The ads are also irritating. You are in a rush to book and then an ad will pop up. Do you want us to subscribe to Move it premium to remove the ads? It is better if it is just simpler without so many pop ups. Don't leverage much on the motor transport app for the food delivery app, it is so annoying!
