My colleagues have been regular participants for a few years, and myself included a couple of them. Tracking it via the app feels mostly okay, but it feels like the mogress tracker is lacking a year by year divide. It's also a really really awkward experience, trying to crop images in app. Why can't I just upload a square image and have it be okay with that, and why does it so awkwardly try to center the crop?

I signed up on the school computer for the Movember team we do each year. But since I did it on a school laptop I couldn't save the credentials for the password and have forgotten it as well, so when I try to send a request to reset my password it thinks that it has "Successfully sent a request" but when I look in my inbox it doesn't show up?

Same issue as a few others. I love Movember, have done it before but now the app doesnt open. You click the icon, it loads the splash screen of the dude on the motorbike, shows my profile for a split second while showing loading and then closes. I updated the app yesterday (01/11/2024). It work 2 or 3 times. When I tried to upload a mogress photo it said saved succesfully and then crashed. Has been crashing since.
