Dude moven is great never a issue with my account. Had a little problem with the app which was probably my fault but the support team was on it and did an awesome job. The staff is just awesome people that are so nice and professional

Very bad customer service. 1800 number is not working. Email support is really bad would recommend another online bank. This is the worst bank ever.
They ask for personal documents (bank statements, voided checks, etc) then email you and say your acct is closed. You call in, they say you'll get an email.. yet no email. I'll be contacting the bank, and BBB about this shady business and it's practices . Sent them personal documents and they stop responding.. shady, scam, identify theft?
It's a good card...but it only works by direct deposit..and no way to load cash on it
