I've enjoyed using movie pass in the past and I've given it another try with the newer model. It took a little getting used to how to navigate the app, and I have some issues with the location part. It asks me to enable each time I try to look between theaters. I just choose to enable, it takes me to my permissions where it shows it's already enabled and then go back and I can see the theatres again. The card is on the phone and some theatres couldn't plug in the numbers at the location.

The upgrade is not working. I signed up for the newest feature, which MoviePass told me not to discuss publicly because it's not available to everyone. However, this new feature is making it impossible to reserve any movies. I click on Get Started, and I go to a new screen, and I can't scroll after that. I come to a screen that tells me the features, but then I can't go ahead. I can't move on or accept the features. I can't even scroll. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22. Not ready to roll out.
We just released a fix to this issue (literally earlier today). Please try again and it should work fine. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

App sucks!! If I could give it no stars I would. I tried to click JOIN I get server error message. Try to buy a ticket for a movie, get server error message. I had moviepass years ago and it gave me problems back then, I thought surely they've made improvements and decided to give it another try but NOPE same BS different year! Waste of time!!!! Don't bother. Not worth the aggravation!
