I was a beta user and loved this app. They have periodically changed things, most of which were annoying but not a deal breaker. Price hikes were a bother, but the final straw was the limited number of tickets for each time period. If I can't see the screening I want because a bunch of other members also want to see it, that is a problem. I can buy AMC passes for 10 bucks each, which means I can see 5 movies a month for my monthly fee with no restrictions. I'll be cancelling after this current billing period.

Im tired of verifying my purchases with photo verification. Why should you have access to my camera. I am tired of having to call because the app doesnt register im at the box office. Times dont match box office to app. Great price but a hassle to use.
I recently changed my review from 5 stars to 4. The new requirements of "verifying" the purchase is ridiculous. I never had a problem and it is back to one a day for unlimited not 24 hours.
I still love the service, but my review should reflect the quality of the app, which is subpar at best. Consistently, the app crashes every day, eating up unnecessary amounts of battery life. Every time it crashes, I have to sign back in. The app itself, when working, is fine, though sometimes it doesn't reflect all showtimes for that day at that theater. This thing is really in need of an overhaul.

• fixes for crashes on certain devices during ticket verification and location changes
• potential fix for users who keep getting logged out of the app
