Note: This Visual Voicemail app is free, but requires a subscription to a Tbaytel wireless service plan with data, texting and Visual Voicemail service.
Using an Android Smartphone you can manage your messages with the push of a button. Tbaytel Visual Voicemail provides you with a visual list of your messages all downloaded to your phone. Save time by listening only to the messages you want. Delete a message on your phone and it automatically deletes in your voice mail box. From this app you can return a call, update your personal greeting, and forward a message to email or text.
Please note, Visual Voicemail requires the following permissions to function properly:
Photos, Media and Files ā This allows the app to store your messages on your device. The app does not access any of your photos, media and files that is already there.
Record Audio ā This allows you to record a new voicemail greeting.
Make and Manage Phone Calls ā This allows you to place a return call to the sender of a voice mail. Standard call charges apply, according to your service plan.
Contacts ā This allows the app to show contact information along with your voicemails. No contact data is sent anywhere. It is only used within the app.
SMS Permissions and Charges:
Send SMS ā This allows the app to send an SMS to at the following address: 9345. There is no charge for this SMS, although it counts against your plan limits. The SMS does not contain any of your personal data. Its purpose is to activate your client with the voicemail server.
Receive and View SMS ā This allows the app to receive a notification from that you have received a voicemail. One SMS is sent for each new voicemail you receive. The SMS is not visible to you. It triggers the app to show the new message in your Visual Voicemail Inbox. There is no charge for this SMS, although it counts against your plan limits.
