The Altea Care app supports patients in managing Long COVID by offering a digital risk assessment tool, a symptom diary, and access to guides, personal stories, and Long COVID clinics. In collaboration with healthcare professionals, the app enables patients to complete the EPOCA assessment at home—with the option to pause anytime to preserve energy.
Since March 2025, the app also allows users to choose from different health topics. In the new “Gesundheits-Check” section, users can complete a general medical questionnaire and receive information on common health issues.
Altea Care is free of charge and based on a patient-centred, decentralised data management approach.
