Ratings and reviews

Useless app and an even more B grade service. They never reply to queries sent through the app and the times are always wrong. The buses either arrive so early that you miss them or they just don't arrive at all!! What is the point of having a bus schedule with stops if the service doesn't even follow their own schedule??

The app is very helpful for navigating Doha using the metro link. It's very accurate also. I'm giving it a 5 Star

The app is well built. It gives you an accurate descriptions of the routes that you could use, even though it's still more user friendly to consult Google Maps. One thing the app can improve is: when I search for a specific route, it should be able to tell me when is the next bus on that route passing. Not all the buses get displayed. And even though there is a time table it's an inconvenience to go by day and by hour to search if some vehicle will be coming or not.

We continue to improve the journey planner of Qatar; Karwa Journey Planner to give you a perfect experience. In this version;
The routes screen has been updated. Now, you can view by centering either your location or the routes.
New agreement checkboxes have been added to the registration/password reset screen. You will need to accept the agreements when registering or resetting your password.
We've refreshed Karwa Journey Planner for an upgraded experience and taken care of some bug fixes too.
