I really liked Zombie CIty Defense 1, and gave it 4 stars. But the sequel is a big downgrade in quality IMO. The updated visuals and mechanics are nice, but the difficulty curve is completely unbalanced. It's way less fun and way more difficult than the first one. More than that, sometimes I just have no idea why I'm losing. Sometimes I'll watch a zombie sit there hammering away on my guy who is not even attacking back. The economy is way more difficult to manage and the UI for unit selection is completely unusable. There are no names on anything, just icons, and you can't even click a unit you don't own if you don't have the currency to buy it, so you can't see what things are! There's a ton of new units and it's not obvious how they should really be incorporated. Overall it's just a lot of UI and mechanics changes, some good, some bad, but in the end it's a worse game than the first one.

Controls are incredibly touchy, half the time it doesn't detect that I'm pressing a button and the other half instead of hitting "deselect" I'm now moving a guy across the map. There's no way to progress without playing difficulty modes that border on impossible, which is not at all what I'm in the mood for. If I had a tablet-sized screen big enough for the controls and high level skills at micromanaging my troops, it might be pretty good. Since I don't, it's not.

loved the first one but this seems unreasonable harder not that its challenging its just impossible to defend yourself from 5 ways with no walls, upgrades are expensive. sometimes the troops dont attack the zombies? so they just die the vehicles don't do much lots of bugs i see
