This app is great and very convenient! And customer service top notch. Had a problem with getting overcharged, wrote customer service and turns out there was a known error in the area I was using it. They were fast to credit me, and I'm back to ez living with not having to find and feed (or refeed) a meter while out!
*I've changed my rating from 1 to 3 tentatively because the app has improved in the past few weeks * The app frequently gives me issues. I use this app ever day and, more often than not, I have to completely restart my device in order for it to even function properly (Samsung s7). There is a surcharge of $0.35 EVERY day, what am I paying extra for? A non-existant app development team? It doesn't make any sense. If it weren't for a lack of alternatives, I would not only stop using this horrible app, but would actively tell others not to. Customer service is A+ though, they have always responded to my (many) issues quickly.

$25 autorecharge when I pay 50¢ to park is ridiculous. App looks like it was designed by a kindergartener. $2.50 termination fee?? No thank you.
