Citizens of Madhya Pradesh can now book for services, log complaints and make payment for services to their respective Nagarpalika on their figure tips.

Services such as-
Litter and debris collection charges, evidence certificate, Fire Extinguishing, Septic Tank Cleaning, Funeral Van, Sewerage cleaning, Ambulance, Mobile toilet, Water tanker

Complaints such as-
Health, Water supply, Electricity, Engineering, Revenue, Fire Brigade, Finance, Garden, Retired employee complaints, Miscellaneous complaints.

Can also make online payment for approved services.

In earlier edition, App works fine. I pay many bills like water, property etc. Now login issue is solved, but still can't pay water bill. When clicking pay bill, it shows error msg. And doesn't show ledger. One more problem, when clicking my 4th connection, it goes to add new connection. Now how can I open my last account? Please solve this too.

After a decade of attempting to pay my property tax through the MP eNagar Palika app, I can confidently say it's a total waste. Despite the promise of Digital India, this app is a symbol of frustration and inefficiency. Glitches, errors, and an outdated user experience make it impossible to complete even the simplest transactions. Don't bother - it's not worth your time.

Facing issue while trying to add my property in my profile : - After successful log-in when trying to pay Property Tax, it is showing "No Property ID is added. Kindly add by add button below". When clicking on 'add button' at bottom right corner of the page, a pop-up window for "Search Property" opening. Here when clicking on the "Select City*" cell, a drop-down list is going to open (for the city names I think) but the problem is the list never opening and a loading animation is continuing.
