Extremely poor backend execution and worst customer support. My profile has been stuck on verification for over a week following a technical glitch. Even after their social media team acknowledged the issue on LinkedIn and an executive called me to clear it, the backend team has completely frozen my profile. Standard customer care numbers are always busy or unanswered. Avoid mPokket if you need a reliable emergency app. Requesting management to look into my pending verification immediately.

🚫The apps customer support is so irritating! When I said I don't want a loan they kept calling then, I completed profile verification accordingly to their demands. But when I don't need a loan now, they are still calling me every 10 minutes!!! Absolute carp of an application. Also the process is too lengthy to get a simple loan. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

I took a ₹5000 loan and tried to repay on the due date, but the app had server issues and the payment could not be completed. I paid the very next day once the issue was resolved. Despite this, I was charged a ₹105 late fee. This is unfair since the delay was caused by the app's technical problem, not by me. Kindly resolve this issue immediately and reverse the late fee.
