After using the app for the past few years, I am sharing a review. After getting scammed by several fraud apps, initially I was a bit sceptical However after using it for several years, this is the most trusted app I could find in the playstore, which I can rely on. Some features include an increase in the limit after making timely payment. Though, I really miss some features like due date extension and ability to withdraw Rs. 500/- as the minimum amount. However, please keep up the good work.

While the int rates are high like any other short term lending apps, the app is fine for emergencies, but the customer care is the worst. they don't understand the issue and send the same std email. my bank acct is not validated and i have sent. proof that it is my bank acct but they don't even try to understand the issue, but send a std email. the cust care no doesn't. allow you to speak to you agent and the email. support is worst I have sent. edit - issue is fixed now.

I recently received a pop-up notification stating: "Open full credit after full repayment and closing ongoing loan before 6th August." In response, I proactively repaid and closed my ongoing loan well in advance. However, I noticed that my credit limit has now been reduced to zero after the repayment and closure. Autopay mandate and V-KYC have already been successfully added to my account. Additionally, I have installed the updated version (4.2.1) of the mPokket app from the Google Play Store
