Absolutely in awe of this company, mission and their products. Customer service is 100% 👍 in every encounter I've had.. Not only are the planet and mini models highly detailed in AR, but even the notebook & fridge magnet... wow! Everything is AR and interactive, fun, inspires wonder and blows our event attendees away. I've never been happier with space related products. Thank you Astro Reality for launching our kids on a tradjectory towards a beautiful path towards a future of STEM and space!

When I bought lunar mini a year ago i tried the app. It worked somehow - just the matching between the real globe and the image in the app was ALWAYS TOTALLY WRONG. Now I tried again: The app wants to see and make phone calls! But without allowing you cannot proceed. The new version does not recognise that I have already registered, I must register again: 2 of 6 installations are now used up. Now I have registered and the new version cannot even start the camera anymore. epic trash.

For the amount of money you spend on a model you'd think they'd have the AR thing down... They don't. I literally have spent hours trying to get the app to function like they sell it.... It doesn't. You must hold the camera pointed at the model for soooooooo long in order to get the AR to initiate, who can hold still for that long? I feel this needs a lot of work to work perfectly out of the box. As it stands, it's seems very work in progress which is sad because there is real potential here.
