I tried placing an order on the 29th ..but the app was slow so I couldn't place an order..but they charged me even though my order was not placed..they charged double the price of what I was trying to order..been calling and sending emails but still no refund till today ..the consultants will tell you that they'll call you back but they don't..really disappointed in the customer service
