There is a problem with your paid app. Every time I update the app, it asks me to re-download the entire content (500 MB) so that I can use the app offline. This is in addition to the technical errors in the protocols that I told you about nearly eight months ago, asking you to fix them, but you have not taken the matter seriously to date.
