Our washing and dry cleaning service, Mr Jeff, saves you time and frees you from the tedious task of washing and ironing in a few simple steps:

- Our team collects the laundry you'd like washed, wherever and whenever you want.
- They are cleaned at Jeff Hubs (our own professional washing facilities) where we wash and iron clothes with the utmost care and provide a high-quality service.
- We return your clothes whenever and wherever you want within 48h.

Conveniently manage the entire process from your smartphone. Register, make a one-time order or subscribe to a monthly plan. In addition, you can ask any question you may have directly through the app.

We also have a home-collection dry cleaning service for special items like dresses, shirts, blazers and suits. You can also use our service for quilts, duvets and sheets which we’ll look after and clean using the best methods to leave them spotless.


Beauty Jeff Service
Within Jeff you can now find Beauty Jeff, our specialized service to take care of your day-to-day beauty needs. Thanks to our salons, we’ll always be close by to offer haircuts for women, men and children, hairstyling, root-coloring, highlights, manicures and eyebrow shaping.

Enjoying the Beauty Jeff experience is very simple:
- Open the app and find out about available salon services, prices and timetables.
- Find your nearest salon and click to take a turn
- We’ll notify you when your turn is coming up, with enough time to get to the salon.
- Our beauty specialist will be ready to offer you whichever service you need.

The booking process is done through your mobile, with no need for calls or reservations in advance. If you have a change of plan you can cancel through the app with the click of a button.

Ratings and reviews

The app automatically debits once you've signed up for a subscription. Was surprised since I only intended to try it for 1 month and I got charged. To add to that, they won't let me remove my card from their system. Don't recommend you download this app. Edit: it took a while but they finally agreed to remove my card from their system. The app itself has not improved and but I've bumped my rating up because I think the staff have been very understanding.

I have one problem less in deciding when to do the laundry day and use my precious free time. I subscribe to the plan and I'm started having a weekly bag done every Wednesday. Nicely folded and very soft. My suits got back in a nice blue cover. The idea of wrapping the packets on paper it's great and cheers for not using plastic like any other service.

App is not reliable 90% of the time. Considering it is an app-based service, I would appreciate if they spend time to upgrade quality of app. It won't even load 9/10 times. Good thing I have contact info of branch who service our area to make changes, etc.
