Ratings and reviews

You really need an actual support. Your app bugs & issues that can arise needs people not bots. I made an order where the courier told me the resturant is closed & neither me or the courier can cancel the order because its under preperation on the app & we cant reach anyone from support to help!!!!!!! Even your FAQ page is not available!!!!! & the number you are listing on google is a wrong number!!!!!!! The more i find out about how bad your customer service is the more am shocked!

I tried to cancel my order after it took so long to arrive but the app wouldn't let me, but after 2 hours of waiting for my order, the order finally *expired* with no option to get my money back!

When I placed my order, I was given the option for pay later as I was planning to pay my bill once I got home from work. However, once the food arrived, I was immediately being charged or they would not give my order despite my payment option being a buy now pay later. Not to mention, the price. I placed my order and my total was only 22 riyals. But then, when the food arrived, it was 30 riyals. Why is there an increase, and how come it was not mentioned before I placed my order? Please fix.
