I ordered a service from the app. they showed an amount before placing the order, but later, the amount increased once the delivery was done, they charged me almost double after the delivery. I approached the customer chat option, and in between the conversation, the CC Agent Amjad closed the chat abruptly. Pathetic app and customer service. They are making fool of customer. never using this app again.

Worst app I’ve used. Placing a small order was a hassle and muchhh more expensive than buying directly. I paid online, but the store cancelled the order—yet the app kept my money. They added it to an in-app wallet with no way to withdraw or use it. No support, no chat, just an email no one replies to. Feels like a scam or serious neglect. Avoid it.

I worked with them and delivered more than 1000 order. and today over a single person complaint they suspended my account without any inquiry. and the lady who complained is at fault by sending wrong location. I delivery the order on new location but still I don't know why they suspended my account. at least give chance to both parties to speak and then decide.
