Ratings and reviews

The passbook does not show transactions as per settings 30, 60, 120 days since recent update... No action in spite of repeated reminders... The updates are very welcome and allow to get most of the details required by a user... However transaction with external banks as well as printing of FD details is not yet operational for me.... Also the bank does not respond to the issues raised in the support section in a timely manner...

Decent app within the pursuits of a cooperative bank. At present to change the pin you have to enter the old pin. No way if you have forgotten the old pin. Please add a FORGOT PIN option and ways to recover it. Thanks

After updating and successfully changing pin, app is not at all opening ,it keeps on crashing. Even after reinstalling, it is not working.
