If you're a foreigner using this app in Vietnam then expect them to block your account regularly and then you need to go to their office in Southern Saigon to unblock it. That's been happening every few months. At the office they tell you that it's permanently unblocked but then they block it again without warning. Avoid

They act as a middleman in transactions until they suddenly take your money and don't return it. You realize the truth: they weren't really a middleman; they don't respond to customer service. They don't offer real support and just take the money and stay silent.

The app used to work fine, but over the past six months or so it’s been crashing constantly. I often have to reopen it 4–5 times just to complete one transaction. In worse cases, I end up switching to another payment app. Previously, it only had occasional errors during holidays — usually with a message saying "There were too many transactions at once" — but now the crashing bug is happening all the time. Please fix this issue soon.
