I understand that some have praised Wow or Awesome product, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I have been a long time user of kite and have never faced issues. Currently,Blink X is not opening at all, and to make matters worse, the support team has been disconnecting calls instead of providing assistance. If you are unable to deliver reliable service or effectively manage your application, don't sell useless product. I experienced the issue again today.

Hi Team. After using the app for few weeks, my honest review. Now the app performance is better. Built-in plenty of features which helps traders. Account settlement is quick. Saved brokerage fee. Would recommend Blinkx to include BSE also under trade free plan by paying additional fee. ‐--------------------- My Previous review, Not a good app, I am unhappy with the application performance, prices are not showing accurately. Sometime it is very slow.

It has been very bad experience with blink x Today again faced as they call it intermittent issue. 1.The order not executed and occurred loss. 2.No rep was available to receive the call. 3.Inaccurate rates of stocks shown. 4.It takes time more than 10 minutes to connect it support staff. It is not an suitable app for trading. Many a times app does not work properly and causing loss to its clients. The don't consider to make up the loss. Hence they don't safeguard the interest of its clients.
