This app sometimes little bit lazy 😤. Please improve ur quality like ur bank. But almost every banking features and functions are good and trustworthy. I did two bank accounts like kotak and digi bank simultaneously. Fortunately Kotak bank account is done but digi bank account still pending. I gave for ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because of your bank provides tremendous service. Thanks for your loyal and legal services. Keep it up and all the very best.
Agreed with other recent reviews that majority of times your app is not even opened.. Always you guys insiste us to write on your one specific email id but not provide solutions on app itself so other customers also can be benefited. Pl. Learn from other private banking apps like Icici, axis, yes.. They are brilliant in their app work.. Kotak, if you want to go "Kona Kona Kotak" then how come your app is so disgusting???? Now tell me whether you solve my query by improving app or like your previous replies you insist me to write on specific email id like same copy paste auto-generated reply?????
Good app & ui but sometimes it won't login or it won't process on some options, stuck in some options like fetching account details or any where in the app randomly, cmon fix this it's Banking app we neet this perfect... I know what to do cleaning cache & reinstalled this app but, works slow many times, but some time it won't open at all gives err. that (system is not able to process the request, plese try again) whenever i try open this app, plzzzzzzz fix this asap.
Update on 03-Dec-17: Not even able to open the app. Transacting through it is far away! The app simply crashes.. Fix it before the damage it too high to be rectified. One of the best banking apps I have come across. Some features like demat account not yet linked. But still the ease of access makes it very user friendly. UPDATE: No options appearing in "My Kotak". Also not able to add beneficiary through the app. Please look into the issue!! UPDATE 2: Did as you suggested. Now its working great. Thanks for your prompt reply. Appreciate it.!
One of the worst apps any bank can have. Showing an error that the account number is wrong of the person the money being transferred to. Works fine on the web. Buggy app. Need to enter passcode 2-3 times to login. Multiple errors Finger print verification is there but does not work. Such a big bank, such a poor app.Shame
App have become ridiculous, not able to login or do a transfer. Pls ask your technical team to stop looking into it and hire some professionals. And have you heard about QA ? Really sorry seems like you are rolling out updates with out proper testing wasting customers time .
