Not what desired By mobile banking, we mean to do all the banking, bill payments, recharges, etc without needing internet. On your website also, it is written that this app works only on sms, n doesnt need internet. But this app doesnt work without internet. With SBI bank, all i need to do is send an sms with id password n amount n job is done. But ur app is definitely not mobile banking thing. Ur sms banking works only for locating branches n atms, recent transactions, balance etc. Banking is much beyond that.
Totally diappointed Not happy at all with the new kotak app its horrible right from the process of login into the app. Ing app was so simple for netbanking, so user friendly, awesome and very convinient to use, so simple and so easy to understand. The categories and features was so clear that once shown to an illiterate person even he could do that. Pls kotak team, do make changes so that we can continue with kotak net banking else we have to look for an another bank option.
Don't change Password PH no email id to continue ur service Usually a/c holders forgot password, after that they will rest password when they want to do the transaction. But in bakwas Kotak bank u r blocked for 7 days for any transaction from APP and net banking if u changed ph no email id or if u reset password. Called customer care for this and got reply as this ther policy. These people's don't know that if a person wants to reset password to operate ur APP. Like icici hdfc u can't do immediately transaction in Kotak. Please avoid KOTAK BANK
Very poor service as compared to ING Bank I requested my statement for last one year from 26 Jun 2015 to till now. But everytime providing it from 15 May 2016. I called their paid customer service as Kotak is not having any toll free number and they kept the phone on hold for 15mins then disconnect it from their side. Very poor customer support.
Forcing to use my credit card I hv been using the app for a very long time and have become habitual to use it as it was before the laat update. Now u made credit card as default a/c & fraudulently compelling me to use my credit card unknowingly whereas my 1st preference is not to use my credit card as i use it only in urgency and emergency. I prefer to use my debit card. When i have enough money in my account, why should i be compelled to take a loan on my credit card that too without my knowledge & consent. Pl. Make it as it was before
Need to improve The user friendliness and the options are to be more improved. Adding beneficiary is a bit difficult. We used to wire amount Anytime online in ING vysya. Where as we are really missing it after it is changed to kotak. Why can't you use the features of ING app when it was able to serve our needs well. Please check if you can continue the service like earlier ING vysya. Thanks!
