Recognize already! I don't need two passwords. Answering the identity question every single time is so very tedious.
Suggestions: I would like a "feedback" button in app. Also, it would be nice to see holds on my account like on the website. I was hoping the new app would offer that but it doesn't. Edit: 2/2017 still no holds feature. Looks like they made the app and have not made any major upgrades since. Love my bank but this app could be a lot better.
Could be way better. I dealt with other banking apps that were more user friendly and smoother working. It takes a long time to load for use. But their website has gone way down hill so I am better using the app
Disappointed again App Never works for days at a time this is not new I have banked with them for years with same issue. People and bank are great but the inconvenience, and no texting for balances . I keep track of my banking online making banking with achevia just short of banking by telegram via Western era by horseback!! Pretty sad when when shiityy Wells Fargo out competes a credit union on all levels including loan rates
App worked great until I went to use it today. Getting "no response from server" on my Tab and S5A. Works on my girlfriends phone though. Now I get to be broke until Monday and let my 3 insurances lapse.
Stopped Working Used to work until Nov 11 and now not working at all. I do all my banking online. Guess I will have to change banks :-(
