The app keeps crashing. It doesn't recognize my log in credentials. It used to work fine but now it won't let me in. Uninstalled and reinstalled like the tech said and still nothing. Uninstalled completely. Fix app, I will reinstall and change my review if it works properly.
Update has rendered app too unstable to use on older versions of android that T-Mobile Galaxy S4 customers are stuck with. Every attempt to even touch the password field crashes the app. And I thought the constant failure to recognize the device as my main was bad enough, but now I see no point in an app that flat out fails to work.
It no lobger allows me to even log on. Whats the point in having a banking app uf you cant log on to check anything. Used to work great. Git forced to update and now its trashed. Thx Achieva!
app has completely stopped working!!!! I have an Android Galaxy S7.... 3 months later and an update, and it still doesn't work! All I get is a white screen! Can't do anything on this app
Recognize already! I don't need two passwords. Answering the identity question every single time is so very tedious.
Installed on my new phone. Does not work at all! Idk if it is because I have metro pcs or what. It worked on my old metro phone. Either way this is a severe inconvenience for me as I am a long time Achieva customer and do all my banking with them. Fix this app please!
