App worked great until I went to use it today. Getting "no response from server" on my Tab and S5A. Works on my girlfriends phone though. Now I get to be broke until Monday and let my 3 insurances lapse.
Stopped Working Used to work until Nov 11 and now not working at all. I do all my banking online. Guess I will have to change banks :-(
Disappointed again App Never works for days at a time this is not new I have banked with them for years with same issue. People and bank are great but the inconvenience, and no texting for balances . I keep track of my banking online making banking with achevia just short of banking by telegram via Western era by horseback!! Pretty sad when when shiityy Wells Fargo out competes a credit union on all levels including loan rates
So the app has completely stopped working for weeks, and clearly I'm not the only one having this issue, and there's no responses from Achieva and no update to fix the issue. I love Achieva bank but am pretty annoyed that I cant do any online banking in over a month
The app works fine. However, it'd be great if I could give my accounts nicknames on the site. I have a personal checking and savings, a joint checking and savings with my husband, and savings accounts for our kids. That is a lot of accounts to keep straight when I only have account numbers to look at. When I go on the app to do banking, I have to be very careful that I am using the correct account. With our previous bank, I could label the accounts on page, which ensured I was using the correct account.
Inoperable via Samsung Galaxy S6 After typing username it loads to a gray screen where normally you would verify security question but it comes up blank. Tried reinstalling. My account logs in on other devices.
