Can't logon This app used to work flawlessly. Now it refuses to complete the connection to the server and just hangs at the log in screen. Sadly, it's easier and less aggravating just to stop by the local ATM to make a deposit. Hopefully this is resolved soon as I did like the convenience the app offered when it worked.
Worked great initially. Then it started to block my login attempts...which also locks down the website logins. Even after calling to get unlocked, the app locks it again. Frustrating. Great bank but the app has issues.
App constantly has been not able to connect to the server to perform an external transfer. Used to work
Won't log in I loved it until recently. It keeps telling me I have to change my security question. I did and it still says that. I even tried reinstalling witb no luck. PLEASE FIX!! I HAVE CHECKS TO CASH!!! The closest bank is 45 minutes away and I don't want to use my other bank!!
It is alright but it is saying my info is wrong to log in but its not so basically I can't even use it which isn't good. After you guys did all the system updates recently. I can't even use it. Fix it !!!
It's ok Does what I need.... the only thing is the remote deposit does not work. Have never been able to use it. Funds are not immediately available unlike my other credit unions remote deposit
