Works Great--Operator error As long as I type everything in correctly and have good, not crappy service it works just fine and has always been reliable. Love the NEW "QUICK BALANCE" feature. A read a lot of negative comments which made me question it, but from my experience they must have had operator error because mine, my fionce, and parents have worked just fine. You have to have service or wifi and make sure you do not have multiple apps running. Works great! The reps are always helped me when needed!:)
Useless pile of trash. When you're lucky it actually connects after 2 minutes of waiting. Tells you wrong balance on CC and in turn your checking account. If you accidentally put in a wrong password it makes you go through the "register this device" setup AGAIN. LFCU is always having issues with cards not working also. A few times I brought it up to them even, and all you get is "I'm sorry sir". Thanks, I couldn't get groceries because your bank sucks at it's job. Closing my account this week. Screw them.
This app used to work great. I used to be able to access my account, but not any more....at least not recently. The app just won't open. I have to go to my bank's official website to access my online account now for the past few weeks. What is wrong?
Worst bank app ever I can log in fine online. This app? I don't even get my security questions. I get some generic one not associated with my account. Trash app is trash.
Awful!!! I love the bank but can never check my account with this app! It asks me security questions I never picked then locks more out! I hate it!
Can't access ANYTHING!! After update, can't even get into my account, let alone make mobile deposits (which was the reason I use this app). Uninstalling!
