This app is a waste of time once you put in log in ID it goes to a blank page and thats it you cant do anything its a waste of time downloading and trying to use
I am unable to go past the first page then it just goes to a blank page. Even after latest update.
Please update your security protocols.
Fix this problem Normally, I'd give this app 5 stars. Because of it, I'm able to manage my account online, pay bills, & transfer funds. I rarely have to step foot in a branch anymore. However, my app hadn't been working for a month or so. I attempt to log in and then the screen goes blank. It never takes me to the next 2 windows which prompt me to answer one of my secret questions and input my password. I've tried restarting my phone and even checked to make sure my app is up to date. Please fix this!
Sign in issue figured out I was having problems signing in as well for about a month but I think I've figured out what was wrong. I began disabling my Location setting. Apparently, the app requires access to your Location & Photos in order to operate properly. If you're having trouble with your app, make sure your Location is turned on and your Photos are accessible and then re-install the app. I hope this helps everyone.
Quick access Like other users, I have been locked out before due to log in issues, but I just called them and they walked me through how to log in through computer in order to gain mobile access again. Convenient to transfer funds and look at account. Hubby stated bill pay was not as user friendly as he would like (we previously had chase). Overall, decent app.
